Art on Bartlet Mall is in its 28th year during this year’s Yankee Homecoming. This outdoor painting show of regional artists started as a one-day show but after several years was asked by the Olde Fashioned Sunday team to be a part of their festivities – making it a two-day show. The artists offer a variety of styles in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and hand-pulled prints. The show is of original artwork – no reproductions. There are 55 artists showing in their individual spaces, making it an intimate outdoor gallery in which customers and art lovers may communicate directly with the artists.
Artists are from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and even Florida. Some of the 2008 local participants are:
