Yankee Homecoming is always looking for new volunteers, with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for community involvement. Of course we welcome our current and past volunteers too. If you’re interested in being a part of the second-oldest Homecoming in the United States and this great Newburyport tradition, please join us at our upcoming volunteer meetings on:

• April 22nd
• May 20th
• June 17th
• July 8th
• July 22nd

Our meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Starboard Galley, 55 Water Street, Newburyport at 7:00 p.m. They last about an hour and are a great way to get up to speed on the planning and new news on all things Yankee Homecoming. Plus, you get to see your fellow volunteers and committee chairs.

Viken Dumecizan Newburyport Owner and the operator of Domino’s Pizza at the traffic circle. This is my second Yankee Homecoming Celebration.		Nikolaus Streil Newbury I work at Market Basket. I have been involved for two years. I belong to the Lions’ Club and the Masons.
Laura Wilkins Newburyport I work at Mobility Services International and this is my third year as a Yankee Homecoming volunteer. My husband, my eight-year-old, and I have lived in Newburyport for three years.		Larry Twomey Newburyport Retired 54 years Coca-Cola, consultant Coca-Cola 7 years - Yankee Homecoming 53 years, Hibernians, Moose Club, American Legion - Lombardi Oil - Twomey-LeBlanc & Conte Funeral Home.
John Ashton, Jr. Byfield I am a carpenter, handyman, renovator, Lion, Mason, sing, portraits in watercolor. Love problem-solving and projects.		Jennifer Robitaille Newburyport Involved in YHC past eight years, last four years involved with markets & craft show.
Elizabeth (Libby) McNeill Newburyport Joined YHC in 2010 to bring back the Brewfest! Grew up on the North Shore and have lived in Newburyport since 2007. Work as an estimator at Shawmut Design & Construction in Boston. Live in the South End of Newburyport with husband, Stephen, and cocker spaniel, Duncan.		Dick Kaplan Newburyport Townie who loves and respect Yankee Homecoming. Worked thirty years with Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Public Welfare. Also fulltime musician. Have been in EVERY Yankee Homecoming Parade. Thirty year YH volunteer.
Joan (Bunny) Chiasson Newburyport Retired. Volunteer at Immaculate Conception church, Newburyport Library. Yankee Homecoming volunteer for three years.		Annie Zannini Amesbury Raised in Amesbury. I work for Essex County Sheriff’s Dept. Kids’ Talent Show Coordinator for 3 years.
